Call the Emergency LineWhat counts as an emergency?
When in doubt, call — we would rather take the call than have a small problem become a big one. These situations should always go to the emergency line:
Flooding or major plumbing failure
Burst pipes, sewage backup, or water you cannot shut off at the source.
Electrical hazards
Sparking outlets, burning smells from wiring, or a total loss of power inside your unit.
No heat in winter
A furnace failure during cold weather is an emergency — do not wait until morning.
Safety and security concerns
A break-in, a door or lock that will not secure, or anything that puts you or the property at immediate risk.
Not an emergency?
A dripping tap, a sticky door, an appliance acting up — anything that can safely wait for regular hours belongs on a work order. Submit a maintenance request and our team will respond quickly and efficiently.
