How Do I Pay Rent?
Vancor Management Inc offers several convenient ways to pay your rent. Review the accepted methods below and make sure your payment arrives on time each month.
When rent is due
Rent is always due in full on the 1st of each month
Payment must be received by no later than 5:00pm on the first day of the month. Rent paid after 5:00pm on the first is considered late.

Email Transfer
Send your rent by email transfer to paymyrent@vancorgroup.com. When your bank asks you to set a security password, use your unit number — for example, if you live in Unit 1, use unit1 (or unit01, depending on your bank), all lowercase with no spaces.

Drop Slot at Your Building
If your building has a drop slot (usually located in or near the laundry room), you can place cheques only in the slot. Make sure your correct name and unit number are written on the cheque.
No cash will be accepted in the drop slot.

Pay at the Office
Bring cheques or money orders only to our office at 7-960 King Street East, Cambridge, Ontario N3H 3P3. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm.
We do not accept cash, Interac, or credit.

Site Superintendent
If your building has a superintendent, you may give them cheques only. Superintendents cannot accept cash at any time. Questions? Call our office at 519-242-0277.
