In Ontario, tenancies generally require at least 60 days' written notice, ending on the last day of a rental period, under the Residential Tenancies Act. Submitting this form starts the process — once we receive your details, our office will follow up to confirm your notice in writing and outline the next steps, including the formal Tenant's Notice to End the Tenancy (Form N9).
